Who can see your tickets
Tickets are shared across your business. Here is what that means.
Everyone with a portal account at your business can see your business's tickets, including the replies and files. Our team can see them too.
- Do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, card numbers or health information in a ticket.
- If something is private, call or text us instead.
- Tell us when someone leaves your business, so we can remove their access.
