Sign in to the client portal
How to sign in, what to do if you forgot your portal password, and why sign-in might lock.
The client portal is where you open tickets and follow our replies. We create your account for you. If you do not have one yet, ask us.
Sign in
- Go to help.nexusitservices.org.
- Enter your email address and password.
- If it is your first time signing in, you will be asked to choose a new password.
If you forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and select Email me a reset link.
- Open the email and follow the link within one hour. If it does not arrive after a few minutes, check your junk folder.
- Choose a new password.
Good to know
Portal passwords must be at least 10 characters. After too many wrong attempts, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
Good to know
Your portal password is separate from your Microsoft 365 password. Resetting one does not change the other.
