Reset your Microsoft 365 password
Change your password if you know it, or reset it if you have forgotten it.
If you know your current password
- Go to myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in with your work email address.
- Select Password, then choose Change password.
- Type your current password, then your new password twice.
- Select Submit. Then sign in again on your phone and any other computers with the new password.
If you forgot your password
- Go to the Microsoft sign-in page and enter your work email address.
- Select Forgot my password and follow the prompts to prove it is you.
- Choose a new password and sign in.
Good to know
Password reset only works if your business has turned it on and you have set it up. If you do not see the option, or it does not work, call or text us at (231) 884-7146 and we will reset it for you.

Use a long password that nobody could guess, such as four unrelated words together. The guide on choosing a password explains how.
