Take a screenshot to show us the problem
A picture of the error is worth a long explanation.
On Windows
- Press Windows + Shift + S.
- Drag to select the part of the screen you want.
- Paste it into your ticket or email with Ctrl + V.
On a Mac
- Press Shift + Command + 4 and drag to select an area.
- The picture saves to your desktop. Attach it to your ticket or email.
On an iPhone or Android phone
On an iPhone with Face ID, press the side button and the volume up button together. On most Android phones, press the power button and the volume down button together. The picture appears in your photos.
Good to know
Crop out anything private, such as a password, before you send a screenshot.
