Change the Wi-Fi password
When to change it, and why to let us do it.
Change the Wi-Fi password when someone leaves who knew it, when you think it has spread too far, or at least once a year.
- Ask us to change it, in a ticket or by phone or text.
- Tell us whether it is the staff network, the guest network or both.
- We will give you the new password. After the change, every device will need it again.
Careful
Do not change router settings yourself. A wrong setting can take the whole network down.
Good to know
Plan for a few minutes of reconnecting devices. Printers and other equipment may need the new password too.
