Lock your computer when you step away
A one-second habit that protects your work and your customers.
An unlocked computer gives anyone who walks by full access to your email and files. Lock it every time you leave, even for a minute.
- Press Windows + L.
- Sign in again with your PIN, password or face when you come back.
- On a Mac, press Control + Command + Q.
- On a phone, press the side or power button once.
Good to know
Your computer also locks itself after a period of no activity. If you want that to happen sooner, ask us.
