Getting a new phone for work
What to set up so email and sign-in keep working.
- Do not wipe or trade in the old phone yet.
- Set up the new phone and connect it to Wi-Fi.
- Install Microsoft Authenticator and set it up for your work account. See Move Microsoft Authenticator to a new phone.
- Install Outlook and add your work email. See Add your work email to your phone.
- Set a passcode on the new phone.
- When everything works, erase the old phone and remove it from your accounts.
