Your phone says storage is full
Free space without losing what you care about.
- On an iPhone, open Settings, choose General, then iPhone Storage. On Android, open Settings, then Storage.
- Look at what uses the most space. Photos, videos and messages are the usual causes.
- Delete apps you do not use, and large videos you no longer need.
- Back up your photos to your own cloud account before you delete them.
Good to know
Work files and email should live in OneDrive and Outlook, not only on the phone. If you are unsure what you can delete, ask us.
