Real messages from us
- Ticket emails refer to a ticket number that you can find in the portal at help.nexusitservices.org.
- Links in our emails go only to help.nexusitservices.org or nexusitservices.org.
- We never ask for your password, a sign-in code or payment card details by email, text or phone.
- We never ask you to buy gift cards.

- Open the portal yourself by typing help.nexusitservices.org, and look for the ticket.
