No sound or microphone in a meeting
Fix problems hearing others, or being heard.
- They cannot hear you. Check that you are not muted. The microphone button should not have a line through it.
- You cannot hear them. Check your volume, and the speaker or headset you selected.
- In the meeting, open More, then Settings, then Devices.
- Choose the right speaker and microphone from the lists, and use the test option.
- If it still fails, leave the meeting and rejoin.
- Check Windows permissions. See Microphone or webcam is not working.
